Vet Visit Oversight
For pre-planned or routine appointments with our veterinary partner during your cat’s stay. Not charged if the cat becomes sick while at the hotel.
Flea & Worm Treatment
Provided upon arrival, if documentation is absent, with continued applications every 4 weeks to ensure uninterrupted protection throughout the stay.
Heat Care
Specialised monitoring and personalised care, provided for cats in heat to maintain comfort and reduce stress during this challenging period.
